Google offers so many services it is hard to keep up with them all. One service is business listings which is used much like the yellow pages but on line. Not sure if this is relevant? Ask people you know how many use the actual yellow-pages vs. Google to find businesses anymore. Again, (there’s a theme this month) you need to own the information on the web about you. This is a simple way to make sure everything is correct. It also makes sure you are on the Google maps system correctly. That may seem like no big deal, but if your business was entered incorrectly, people don’t have a good idea of where you are. Do you have enough potato content?
Facinating story today on MSNBC about Pringles and the debate over whether they are potato chips or not. I hadn’t heard about this before and now I’m happy to know in England they now feel Pringles are potato chips. Really? Â I mean, I’ve always bought them in the chip isle, I serve them as a side dish with things, and dip them in chip dip. The article indicated “there is enough potato content to consider them chips”. Â How much is that, then? My whole perception of Pringles has now been changed and I have to do some research to see what it really means for our snack-buying.
