We’ve always said today’s candidate is tomorrow’s hiring manager, but what do you do as part of your marketing plan to capitalize on that? Contacting candidates periodically requesting updated contact information, update on status or just in general to let them know they are still in your database builds your brand while helping those candidates remember you when the time is right.
