You’ve seen it – a company brags on their attention to detail for their clients and misspells a word in the ad. Another claims to be a “branding specialist†and has a Yahoo email address. A third claims personal customer service is their middle name but the only contact info is an email address. Sound familiar? It is way more common than you think!
Take a minute and review your core messaging. Now go back and look – does EVERYTHING you do reflect that core message? Is there anything the prospect could point to and say, “they obviously can’t do what they say?â€. Because I promise you – you may think people aren’t doing it, but they are. And they use your website and online profiles to make the decision. Where should you spend a little time?
